Business Development Manager Digital Transformation (f/m)

Based in Mechelen
Having been active in Belgium for over 25 years, we keep reinventing ourselves. In an ever increasing legal and compliance environment, we enable our resellers to offer innovative solutions to build and manage content-driven processes that support a range of business opportunities. Together with existing and new resellers, you will identify and develop end-user opportunities, where Spigraph is creating a competitive advantage, enables enterprises to build and manage content-driven processes that support a range of business opportunities.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and grow our reseller channel and introduce new Software Solutions
  • Building a Sales funnel of opportunities through lead creation with Marketing, lead follow-up and outbound activities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and engage additional resource when needed
  • Make end user visits with our partners to present our solutions
  • Document all customer activity in our CRM and ensure its accuracy

Our requirements:

  • We are looking for a combination of a farmer and a hunter profile with a door opener mentality
  • Responsible to book your own appointments and have multiple meetings at resellers and end users per week.
  • Being able to translate solution in customers vertical needs in combination with our Marketing and pre-sales departments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation as well as sales skills
  • Have a solid interest in IT without being an IT pro
  • Know how to sell a solution and add value or eager to learn this
  • Dutch or French is your mother tongue, and you are also fluent in the other language. Good English knowledge for internal communications.
